Product Overview:
The gas purification equipment in this process utilizes the oxidation reaction between metal low valent oxides and impurity oxygen in the catalyst under heating conditions to directly generate metal high valent oxides, thereby removing impurity oxygen. Under heating conditions, hydrogen gas is introduced into the product mixture, and the metal high valence oxide undergoes a reduction reaction with hydrogen gas to generate metal low valence oxide, thereby giving the catalyst the ability to undergo oxidation reaction with impurity oxygen again. After drying, water is removed.
