Product Overview:
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen production equipment uses purified compressed air as the feed gas, entering adsorbent towers filled with adsorbents (zeolite molecular sieves). At different pressures, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the compressed air is significantly higher than that of oxygen within the adsorbent, thereby achieving oxygen enrichment. After depressurization, the adsorbent desorbs the nitrogen it has adsorbed, enabling regeneration. This allows the two adsorbent towers to operate alternately, continuously producing the required oxygen. The oxygen production equipment mainly consists of compressed air pre-treatment, compressed air buffer treatment, adsorption separation treatment, product gas buffer treatment, and control components.

During assembly, ensure the cleanliness of all components; those in contact with oxygen, such as fittings, valves, pipelines, and containers, should be cleaned and treated before installation.
