Product Overview:
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator utilizes purified and pretreated compressed air as feedstock, which enters adsorption towers filled with adsorbents (carbon molecular sieves). By leveraging the differential adsorption capacities of nitrogen and oxygen in compressed air under varying pressures, the system separates usable nitrogen. During pressurization, oxygen is adsorbed by the adsorbent while nitrogen gas flows out of the adsorption tower into nitrogen storage tanks. When depressurized, the adsorbent regenerates by desorbing oxygen. This alternating operation between two adsorption towers achieves continuous nitrogen-oxygen separation, enabling steady production of required nitrogen gas.
The nitrogen generation system comprises main components including compressed air pretreatment, compressed air buffer processing, adsorption separation, nitrogen buffer processing, and control components.
